This small village is located in the center of the Natural reserve of Cazorla, Segura y las Villas, in the province of Jaén. It's one of the favourites places of the tourists to stay in the Natural Park.

This Park is the widest protected natural space in Spain and in a great part of Europe; its surface is 209.920 hectares. It is located at the North-East of the province of Jaén, and links the Eastern zone of the Sierra Morena with the Subbético System.
