All of our travel arrangements are tailor–made to suit your needs. If you should only wish to book a holiday villa or hotel, feel free to e-mail us and we'll make the booking for you if available, or we'll offer an equivalent villa or hotel.

SAFE PURCHASE

Welcome to Andalusia guarantee a safe purchase and an absolute discretion about your details.

To carry on any reservation it will be required to pay cash 40% of the whole price. Anyway, everything has to be paid at least 7 days before the entry date.

We offer the following methods of payment:

1. By telephone or e-mail with credit card.
You should give your card numbers on the telephone or by e-mail and our agents will do the charge in your card. You will have to provide us a copy of your credit card and proof of identity by e-mail (info@welcometoandalusia.com) or fax (+34) 952 363 137.

2. Payment with deposit or transfer.

Deposit in our bank account the amount of your booking. We'll provide the account number when proceed. The payment slip will have to be sent by e-mail to info@welcometoandalusia.com. Once received, Welcome to Andalusia will send all the information in the specified way.

3. Payment with money order
You should do it addressed to Welcome to Andalusia - C/ Ferrocarril del Puerto, 6 local F 29002 Málaga- España, with 15 days minimum beforehand.

The cards allowed are: VISA, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD and 4B.

In any case you will receive a receipt of the deposit, usually by e-mail.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Requeriments for staying

Cottages and farmhouses:
The minimum of two days is required by the lodgements throughout the year except local or national festivals (when the minimum stay is 3 or 4 nights). Other special holiday such as Easter, Christmas or New Years Eve require minimum of 7 nights stay. During high season in the months of July, August and the first fortnight of September is also compulsory of minimum stay of 7 nights. You have to enter the house and villa before 4 p.m. in the arriving day and you have to leave the house before noon on your leaving day.

Hotels:
Rules for hotels are different. Hotel are no subject of the minimum stays of the previous section except in the case of special offers which include more then one night or special conditions of which specific and detailed information will be available at all times by our travel agency. The check-in time starts usually at 2 p.m. in the arrival day and the check-out is before noon. 

Prices

The prices are established in Euros depending upon quality, type of bedrooms and location of houses. The price will depend on the number of beds and the amount of days. 

Price is settled for each house individually. The clients have to pay for the total price of the house even the amount of people is less than the capacity of the house. A greater number of people than the capacity of the house will not be permitted under no circumstances. When extra bed is available the price will be adjusted accordingly. The administration has got the right to admission and to ejection if necessary.

Prices could be changed from 25/12/2007 until 31/12/2007. In this cases the price will be notified before the reservation of accommodation. Hotel`s prices are published by room/1 night or apartment/1night.

The prices include:
- Hotels: accommodation and/or board depending on what has been booked in each case
AD = Alojamiento y desayuno - Bed & breakfast (En apartamentos cena - In apartments dinner)
MP = Media Pensión - Half Board
PC = Pensión Completa - Full Board
SA = Solo Alojamiento – Only Accommodation without meal
- Houses and farm houses: the normal consumption of water, electricity, gas, linen and bath towels and a clean house on arrival.
- All prices per person and night incl. VAT

The form of payment

The reservation will be confirmed on depositing 40% of the price or the total sum; in any case of the total amount must be deposited 5 days before departure day.

Cancellations

In the case of cancellations, expenses will be established in the following way:

Low season:
-15 days or more before arrival: minimum expenses (Minimum expenses in any case: 15€)
-From 14 to 7 days before arrival: 5%
-From 6 to 4 days before arrival: 15%
-From 3 to 2 days before arrival 40%
-From 1 to 0 days before arrival 100%

High season:
-From 30 to 15 days before arrival: 15%
-From 14 to 10 days before arrival: 40%
-From 9 to 0  days before arrival: 100%

Important notes to know

-The client is responsible for notifying the exactly number of people that will be staying at the lodgement, including children of all ages. Should the clients be warned that the administration may legally refuse admission to not declared people or ejecting them if necessary, no claims will be admitted in this case.
-Keys have to be collected before 10 p.m. on arrival day (other agreement can be discuss individually). If  the collection time is not respected by the client, he may risk missing a night in the reserved accommodation; after which no claims may be made.
- There has to be paid deposit (money) which is from 90€ to 120€. The amount depends on the type of house, occasion, the time of the year or number of people.  This deposit will be returned by the end of the stay if no anomaly has occurred.
- Clients ought to respect rules of accommodation
- Dogs are not admitted except in the case of establishments to specify the contrary.
- Visits are not allowed
- Wood for fireplace and other supplementary such as heating are no included in the price, unless it is specified before.

Deficiency

Any irregularity or deficiency that the client may find must be notified to the agency or to the person in charge of the accommodation and always only during the stay. Tierra Rural will solve any anomaly promptly or offer a change of lodgement as long as the problem requires it. Any claims made once the stay has finished will not be attended for obvious reasons.

Alterations

Welcome to Andalusia reserves the right to substitute the reserved establishment for another of similar characteristics whenever there are circumstances beyond our control. If the client do not accept the alternative offered, the agency will refund the amount paid.

Acceptance of conditions

Once the accommodation is chose from the present website, these rules and general conditions (written above) are accepted by client in the same way as a contract. Clients must necessarily accept all these conditions otherwise any reservations can not be made. Any claims to be made either on the part of the client or the agency will be exclusively submitted to the Málaga’s Tribunals jurisdiction.

References of cottages and farmhouses

Each accommodation has detailed description of its characteristics and location. Our staff have selected all accommodations carefully with the aesthetic sense and places with beautiful landscapes.

Most of the cottages and farmhouses are old stylish houses or restored mills that fit perfectly to the rural landscape. Some of them are even up to hundred years old.

Houses are provided with cleaned linen, towels, blankets and other necessary equipments for your use. 

A person in charge of the house will be expecting the travellers arrival to show them the way to the house or villa and will provide them keys, cleaned linen, towels and basics information about the place. This person will be available if necessary.

Price includes taxes (IVA), water, electricity, linen, towels, cleaning before entering house. There has to be paid deposit at the arrival to contact person (money), which is from 90€ to 120€. This deposit will be returned at the end of the stay if no anomaly has occurred in the accommodation.
